By accessing or using Humsana's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Description of Service

Humsana provides behavioral intelligence services that analyze patterns from your connected productivity tools to create contextual understanding for AI platforms. We process patterns, not content, to enhance AI interactions while preserving your privacy.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer our pattern analysis algorithms
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Share API keys or account access with unauthorized parties
• Use our services to violate the privacy of others

5. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Humsana service, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by Humsana, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your data. We only analyze patterns and do not claim ownership of any content from your connected services.

6. API Terms

If you use our API:

• You must comply with our API documentation and guidelines
• Rate limits apply based on your subscription tier
• You may not sublicense or resell API access
• We may modify or discontinue API features with notice

7. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Billing is recurring based on your selected plan
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided per our refund policy
• You're responsible for applicable taxes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humsana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humsana, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice for significant changes affecting your use.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and we'll delete your account associations per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
