By using Humsana software, SDKs, or services, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

You may use Humsana to add behavioral context to AI systems and digital products.

You may not use Humsana to violate consent, conduct surveillance, or build deceptive systems.

Responsibility

Humsana provides probabilistic signals, not decisions. You are responsible for how outputs are interpreted and acted upon.

No Warranties

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humsana is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using Humsana at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.
